Memorial Service Planned Nov. 5 for Ruth Eleanor Levine
A memorial service will be held for Ruth Eleanor Levine at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 5 in the University of Pittsburgh’s Heinz Memorial Chapel.
Mrs. Levine, an admired artist who had worked for The National Endowment for the Arts’ theater program and managed the traveling exhibition for the U.S. Holocaust Museum, died Oct. 18. She was 74 years old and had been married for 51 years to Arthur S. Levine, senior vice chancellor for the health sciences and dean of Pitt’s School of Medicine.
A reception in the Carnegie Museum of Natural History Hall of Architecture will follow the memorial service.
