PITT ARTS Cheap Seats Offerings
The University of Pittsburgh’s popular PITT ARTS Cheap Seats program partners with several of the region’s arts organizations and offers discounted tickets to Pitt faculty, staff, students with valid Pitt IDs. Each person may purchase as many as four tickets for all shows and events (with a few exceptions).
Members of the Pitt community may take non-Pitt people as guests, but must be going to the show themselves.
Depending upon the venue, Cheap Seats tickets may be purchased online or outside the Pitt Arts’ office, 907 William Pitt Union. Tickets to the following venues must be bought online: Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, Pittsburgh Symphony, Pittsburgh Opera, Pittsburgh CLO & CLO Cabaret, Pittsburgh Ballet, and Pittsburgh Public Theater.
Tickets for Quantum Theatre, Pittsburgh Irish & Classical Theatre, Renaissance & Baroque, Guitar Society of Fine Art, and Calliope: Pittsburgh Folk Music Society can be purchased outside the PITT ARTS’ office.Visit www.pittarts.pitt.edu/tickets to see details of which shows and events offer Cheap Seats and to receive detailed instructions on buying tickets.
